Digital / Eprint Products

All eprint or downloadable resources are final sale and cannot be refunded, so please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products / Books

Refunds or exchanges are available only if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo proof of the damage if requested. NSMR will cover new shipping costs for damaged or defective products. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to provide affordable, quality resources for Christian ministries.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, please fill out our Replacement or Refund Request Form below within 7 days of delivery. Include (1) the product(s) name and quantity, (2) a description of the damage, and (3) your payment reference number. Once we verify the issue, we will process a refund or exchange and cover the new shipping costs for the replacement.
